The Law Office of Amie Rodnick is fully staffed and operational during the COVID-19 crisis. We shall follow the stricter guidelines promulgated by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We have been maintaining a virtual office up to now for the safety of our clients and staff and can continue to offer virtual appointments to those are not yet vaccinated or simply prefer to meet via Zoom. We are accepting new cases that meet our guidelines and fully servicing existing clients. Kyndell will be answering the phone during business hours and available to assist you.
We will continue to conduct mediations and arbitrations using Zoom and other virtual technologies (see below for in-person mediation guidelines). As a longtime member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators and the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, Amie will be participating in ongoing training with those organizations, including training specific to COVID-19.
UPDATE AS OF 5/17/2021: Amie, Diane and Kyndell are fully vaccinated and can share their CDC card information. When everyone physically present in the office is fully vaccinated, we offer mask optional in person client conferences. We are resuming in-person mediations where all parties can document that they have the full round of Pfizer or Moderna (or the J&J shot) and have satisfied the waiting period. Until the weather gets too hot, we also have a picnic table on our front porch and can conduct socially distanced outdoor meetings.
Stay safe!
